Bio:

The paintings are superficial. They create idealistic experiences derived from the commercial sector of glossy advertisements and idyllic scenes in holiday brochures and magazines. I pick, draw, combine and sketch from the advertising imagery around us, recreating a scene of novelty and fun. The paintings always maintain the original elements of unbelievability and glamour, yet as this nature is heightened they become more fantastic, and unrealistic- even though they are a comment on the everyday desires that surround us.
