Here’s the installation shot of my concrete experiment currently on show at BAT Pack, a group show at Mile End Art Pavilion. Really happy with how it turned out, and am thinking of ways to get commissions using the technique.
There were lots of issues to get to this point printing in my darkroom, mostly involving the size and weight of the concrete slab. I ended up borrowing 3 wheelie bin lids from the estate to submerge the slab in chemicals..not recommended but it worked! The final piece went through 13 different processes which I worked out through many late night tests, ouch…
