'Memories are made of this' is an exhibition created off the back of a series of creative consultation meetings/workshops with a group of local over 50's and residents of the Brownfield Estate, Poplar.

This partnership project has evolved with Anna Sexton ( a Bow Arts Trust live/work artist) and Jayne Clavering (Poplar HARCA). Funded by IDCF.

The project aims to share the vibrant history of a group of club members who have been working and volunteering through the Burcham Street club and Balfron Tower social club since the 1970's.

As the Centre starts to open it's doors to a wider range of the local community such as young people...what new stories will begin to unfold.

The show runs to 13th February 2010 and can be viewed Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm or as part of Greening Brownfield's next session Saturday 13th February 2010 10am - 12noon
