Writer, curator, critic, and cheesemonger, a regular contributor to frieze, Art Monthly, Art Papers, and Art Review and whose writing has appeared in artforum.com, Art and Australia and Flash Art. Recent curatorial projects include Feedback: David Beattie, Karl Burke and Chris Fite-Wassilak at Galway Arts Centre, 'The Ha Ha Crystal' group show at Maria Stenfors, London, and co-curating with Aoife Tunney the forthcoming group show 'All Humans Do' at White Box, New York (Jan 2012) and the Model, Sligo (April 2012). He has given talks at the Serpentine Gallery, Kunsthalle Zurich, and the Grizedale Arts Centre. Forthcoming projects include the Shining, with filmmaker Tom Flanagan
