Wimbledon School of Art
Alistair Gordon talks on behalf of the MA students at Wimbledon School of Art about the forthcoming interim exhibitions Memoria Technica and Wunderkammer at The Nunnery Gallery.
Memoria Technica will be showcasing work crossing the boundaries of painting, drawing, printmaking, textiles, film, sound, sculpture and installation by graduate artists at the interim stage of their postgraduate degree. The exhibition will be shown from 1st - 4th March.
This is followed by Wunderkammer which will recreate the 'cabinet of curiosities' for today’s audience, as a way of navigating a diversity of artistic practices, wide-ranging in subject matter, in reference points and in approaches. This exhibition will be shown from 8th - 11th March.
